Hanging Out At Grandma and Poppo's

David worked a Walk To Emmaus this past weekend (He ran sound for them) so the boys and I headed to my parents house for the three nights (Thursday - Saturday) that he was gone. We had a great time and of course took a few pics along the way.

Thursday evening (16th) we took a nice walk around Grandma and Poppo's neighborhood with Poppo pulling the boys in their wagon. We stopped in front of the house to snap a pic real quick. The sun was so bright that the boys had a hard time looking at the camera. I then walked around behind the big metal washpot planter and got this cute shot of the boys.Nathan was cracking up about something (no telling what) as we walked along. The boys also got to make pumpkin cookies with Grandma while we were there. These cute little cookies came already pre-cut; you just had to pull them all apart and place them on the sheet. Both boys did a great job.

Grandma had these adorable Fall-themed window clings that she let the boys use to decorate the back windows. They both had a great time rearranging their decorations all weekend long.
The boys made up a game of sorts where they would take turns scaring each other out of their pumpkin patches. By the time I started filming they were not really doing it anymore.
Here's another attempt at catching them playing (this time hide-and-seek) with each other behind the chairs and once again videoing the event proved less that ideal - but still cute.

Poppo's lap is a great place to sit while watching TV.
He can even accomodate double occupancy.
The boys wrestled in the guest bed for a few minutes. They are so funny rolling around together. I should had videoed it instead of taking still pics but oh well, maybe next time. I'm sure they've only just begun to wrestle.
Nathan and Benjamin were doing such a good job building together with the Lego blocks. What sweet brothers!
They built a pretty cool looking building together.
This is a great pic of my eldest - it is one of my newest favorites of him.
We made a trip to the pumpkin patch and Redbud Park while we were with Grandma and Poppo but those will be shown in seperate posts.
