Since our boys are not yet in school and David and I don't work for the school district, Spring Break week has typically been just another week for us - nothing out of the ordinary. Although my in-laws usually kept my niece and nephew at least part of their Spring Break it never really worked out for us to spend much time with them since they lived an hour and a half away. Last summer, however, my in-laws moved just 15 minutes away (huge blessing!) so this year for Spring Break we've gotten to spend alot lot more time with my niece nephew. We've had a blast!
When Grammy and Grandpop got back in town Sunday night from picking up Kathryn and Daniel they called and we went over to hang out with them for a while. The first thing Benjamin did was corner Kathryn and asked her to read him a book and she gladly obliged.

Nathan's first stop is always the computer if he's given the choice so he and Daniel hung out there for a while.

Here we have Benjamin, Kathryn, and Nathan each working their respective puzzles.

Nathan was actually making a train out of his letter shaped puzzle pieces at this point (in alphabetical order or course).

Gotta love these big smiles...

and Benjamin adds his.

Kathryn is still working on puzzles while Nathan had moved on to playing with Daniel's stuffed rhinoceros.

Here are David's attempts at photographing four semi-cooperative kids ages 9, 7, 3 and 2. All things considered the pics turned out really well.
